Xenophobia?

I think the implied message is that Bush, or at least his website, is xenophobic. In this globalized community, the United States remains an ardent player in globalization. It readily invests billions into global capital. It routinely involves itself in issues abroad. It ascribes to the tenents of ...

Interplay Is Gone

Actually, now that Interplay is dead, what happens to Descent and its other intellectual property? What is the process for selling, delegating it to other groups, or trying to keep a lid on all their rights?

(In response to Tyranny, and note, my response is just my perspective, and not anyone else's) I'm not sure who you are responding to, but I think it is obvious that terrorists are not pacifists. Similarly, many less bellicose and extreme people do not share pacifist views either. If you are trying ...

In reference to the original question, I would not join. I can't say I've ever taken up the name of a "conscientious objector" but I tend towards pacifism more than anything else. I did not agree with Iraq nor Afghanistan, and I have a sweet spot for soft power and only partial use of hard power.

If you're looking for gameplay along the lines of the first Deus Ex, then you should look elsewhere. The gameplay has changed, and while the plot somewhat continues from the first game, the feeling is... different. I guess it makes a good action game, but it's not an RPG.

I'll vote for the Zalman CNPS 7000A-AlCu too. It's pretty simple to install and it comes with its own fan.

(In response to Lothar) <i> What you just described is not the whole "theory of evolution", it is only a part of it -- or, more properly, it is only a mechanism of evolution. Evolution is the idea that populations change over time, and in the particular case we're interested in, we're dealing with ...

Meisconfused.

Apparently this person is not a threat then? And if not... this person was a suspected as a threat simply because of a similar name?

Viralphrame, you might consider it a technicality, but I find it a horrible miscontruement of your use of the term "Evolution." Evolution describes the change in the genetic makeup of a population over time. Contrary to what you seem to have interpreted the term as, "evolution" does not describe the ...

I think the exemption of the 27 (or 28?) countries adds a fair amount of insult to injury. I can understand the need to profile everyone for the sake of security, but exempting certain countries from it seems to 1.) Be counterproductive to the principal of profiling and tracking threats, 2 ...

His program won't implode. People recommend affinity for only one processor in HT systems for Dark Engine games (System Shock 2, Thief) too and those games run perfectly fine when messing with the affinity.
