Actually, '-lowmem' was just for testing the game with 8-bit sound as a possible fix. I don't use it now, as it didn't fix that issue.

Re: Sound buzzing and weird mouse movement
I tired to disable all other sound devices, but this didn't change anything. Also, 8-sounds, no banana. Here's my how my exe looks like: -launched -nointro -nooutragelogo -nosparkles -playermessages -z32bit -framecap 120 -bumped -nocompress -mousesens 1 -lowmem -width 1920 -height 1080 -aspect 1.78 ...

Re: Sound buzzing and weird mouse movement
Okay, thanks. It did helped a lot, but the buzzing is still there when playing many of the other effect sounds, so it's still a major concern. Does the GOG version fix this issue?
BTW: I just realized that I didn't post this in the tech forum, as I should have done.

Re: Descent 3 on newer machines ??
Hey. Just wanted to let you guys know that if you have issues with setting the video mode with commands like '-width', '-height' by the launcher, well, then just launch the game directly with the '-launched' command, that works. Example: ''C:\Spil\Descent3\MAIN.EXE -launched -width 1920 -height 1080 ...

Re: 30 PPS mod
Very cool mod.
I'd like to see a 60 FPS version released, too, for LAN. It's easy to have two installations of the game. One with the 30 FPS mod, and the other with 60 FPS mod for LAN play.
