I Built 31250 -> 115200 UART "bridge" (midi -> stm32f0 uart2 -> stm32f0 uart1 -> ftdi -> PC) for getting the data. I used logic analyzer/scope to capture Button1-4 and X1 signals from Sidewinder Force Feedback Wheel while Control Panel -> Game Controllers -> Properties -> Test tab was open in Windows XP.
