The XP/D3/Mouse bug has resurfaced, and it's one of the main reasons I quit d3 in the first place (as well as most of the {NW}, as all but roncli used mouse). I used D1x143-ogl under win95 compatability mode, and it worked fine for me. If you want to change the resolution, don't do it in the game options, use the command -1024x768 for example.

Do I have to keep my original CD in the drive to get the movies to work during the different systems (zeta aquilae, etc), or do those not work in d2x? The mine escape movies don't work either

The only reason the d3 multiplayer sucks: there's no such thing as netcode. It's fire and an x% chance to hit, if you're lucky. ><

If high octane took descent 3, removed all weapons except super lasers, plasma, fusion, and vuass, took out black sharks n napalm (replacing with murcury and who knows what) gave it a netcode (becuase right now d3 doesn't have a net code. I have D1x_140ogl, d1x142_oglmax, d1x143_oglmw. They all 3 work with sound, for a short period of time. Then they start stuttering and freezing for a few seconds at a time, then unfreezing. Any idea why? My system is a 1.8 ghz p4, geforce 2, xp professional, 512 MB ram. Any ideas? Thanks
