This sort of cards are normally used for programs like Maya and 3D Studio Max. I can't see any one spending that type of money on card for PC games alone.

http://www.gainward.de/new/main.html -- 2x 68000 Ultra w/ SLI. 1GB VRAM total. 1600euro, that's a bargain. If you want proffessional, get two PNY 4400 Quadro and SLI them. Same specs as above (w/o water cooling), $2200 each..
And BTW, the NV40 chip (6800) can address up to 2GB of memory..

Ok ace, your a bit of a noob. 1 GB graphic cards are nothing new in terms of 3d and CAD design and none of them will help you in any of the games you play...

i dont do anything with CAD, 3dCAD or any of that stuff alright, i never knew they made video cards that big, so when i saw this one im like WTF!!
