AUS,
D2X-W32 does not offer "LAN" or "IP" games. So what doesn't work: IPX and/or UDP/IP when used in a LAN?
When I run a server and a client in parallel on my machine, I can play a UDP/IP multiplayer game w/o problems. No crashes.
Merlin,
my D2X page states the most recent version #. Just compare it to the one shown in the main menu screen, or check the version # by opening the file properties dialog in the Windows Explorer and clicking the version tab.

Humm ok... UDP/IP or Multicast will crash out when trying to enter the mine. All I know is I went from using d2x-w32 v1.1.28 to using v1.1.20 to get it to work. Using the older version works. But anything higher isn't. Even tryed version 1.1.30 and still crashes to d2x main menu.Diedel wrote:AUS,
