this is no April fool's joke, Mitch Hedberg passed away two days ago at the age of 37 from a heart attack. damn shame to see him go so soon. he was one of the guys who could make me laugh even when i felt like a trainwreck. make god laugh his ass off.

I'm pretty sure this is a joke. I could be wrong though. Howard Stern seems to be the one who started the rumor and since then only comedy news has picked it up.

Yesterday I heard that he died in a drug deal gone wrong. Hmmm.

Mitch Hedberg was hilarious. I've seen a couple of his Comedy Central specials, and even though his material wasn't all that great, his delivery was what made him so good. Just a very dry sense of humor. It's a shame.
