Its intended use is for real estate including investing, appraising, buying, selling. I am a registered appraiser now so i need a site. The best ive come up with is "realestestate.com" but its kinda confusing.

Yes, you can't have a domain name which requires spelling. Mine is bad for that: 4sure.co.nz
