66.79.173.80 resolves to www.anonymousnetworks.com. dbb.fragwerkz.com resolves to 66.79.173.80.
Visiting http://66.79.173.80 gives a CPanel "There is no website configured at this address".
Meaning that some sort of VHosting setup is going on here.

May I remind you that half the time, the morons that submit those IP ranges often block legitimate websites that have nothing to do with the RIAA or spyware? For some time, the TechTV domain was blocked by PeerGuardian.

J, it probably came from one or two IPs that some idiot logged. Instead of blocking those couple of IPs, they blacklisted the entire damn thing. The same thing happened to TechTV, as I mentioned. Unless you're going to say that TechTV is an RIAA/Spyware sympathizer... (which I know for a fact they aren't..which is why nobody from the RIAA bothered to show up for that Music Wars special they had some time ago.)
Whether or not they are a sympathizer or not really isn't the point, I can understand how PG is not perfect by any means and the test site may have been added by mistake or through an IP range, what concerns me is the port scanning.
Though since no one else seems to be having this problem, I'm going to zip it.
