Plays on a common fear... but it's way overblown for me... doesn't touch my emotions at all. Way too much "hey look there's a freaky machine in broad daylight that we know isn't really there." Not nearly enough use of shadow and darkness, or surprise.

The ugly chick at the start was a good way to play on common fears though ;)
