Lucky for you???? You got thrashed an embarrassing 7-0 last week, you've had a season built upon stuffy 1-0 wins and end with goal difference of Zero. You've got dillusions of grandure. You'll probably get beat in the champions league qualifiers and will definitely be fighting it out for a relegation place next year. Cahill will wake up and sniff his potential and leave. Everton itself will slink back to their corner marked the looosers of mersyside forever reminiscing upon the season that never was. Mark my words.

FC, you'll have to be more clear on why this is upsetting. As you probably know, yanks don't give two shakes about soccer and I doubt anyone of us has heard of the guy that purchased your team.

the guy is planning on taking control of one of the biggest football teams on the planet. by doing so, he adds to his already large debt. how does he get rid of his debt with a huge football team? he ups the prices of tickets, merchandise, TV contracts etc, and lower player/staff wages(not sure on that?).
