15 days till Power Tour!

It's almost here! I feel like a kid before christmas!

After all those months of work, the car is finally ready for the 3,600 mile trek. This year it's from Milwaukee Wi to Kissimmee Fl. (Of course I have to suffer Disneyland and Weeki Watchee in exchange for my week of car heaven

It's worth it!)

So for anyone along the path, here's where we are going...

June 4 Miller Park - Milwaukee, WI
June 5 Illinois State Fairgrounds - Springfield, IL
June 6 Indianapolis Raceway Park - Indianapolis, IN
June 7 Gaylord Opryland Resort - Nashville, TN
June 8 Birmingham Race Course - Birmingham, AL
June 9 North Florida Fair - Tallahassee, FL
June 10 Osceola Heritage Park - Kissimmee, FL
June 11 return to Osceola Heritage Park for Long Hauler Award and Photo

Every stop will be a car show, and most will include drag racing. (I hope I can race, my wife seems to belive that any kind of racing will result in immediate death or dismemberment.)

I went to Power Tour a few years ago with my dad, when it went through New Orleans. It was pretty awesome, and I got a lot of pictures. Whatcha gonna be driving?

I think we can swing a stop in Chicago for lunch on Friday the 3rd...

So how you getting to wisconsin Clutch?
Up through da UP?
Ride the ferry outta Ludington?
Or the southerly route then up through Shytown?

94... right by you in the AM then up and around the skyway... before rush hour(s) I'll keep a close eye out for your pets crossing the road.

That ferry trip is 250 - 300.00 Not worth it to me. As for the UP... maybe next year, as it is I'm putting almost 4k miles round trip. That's gonna be hard enough to clean up!
