Rosen up the Hillary Bow
Well, it just seems the Clintons can't get enough of those Sugar Smacks. David Rosen, former Director of Finance for Hillary's election campaign, is going to trial for certain...shall we say irregularities? What is going to be interesting is to see if Rosen takes the fall for her like Webster Hubble did way back when. There is talk (most notably by Dick Morris) that Rosen may not want to fall on the sword for dear Hillary. If that is the case then he may implicate Hillary as knowing all the details of the crooked finance scheme (remember she is the smartest woman around so how could she not know).
Now what is even more interesting is how little the press is covering this. Judicial Watch posts this:
â??Hillary Clintonâ??s campaign finance scandal is just as serious as the allegations brought against Tom DeLay,â?

I'm saying America is it's people. It's liberal. It's conservative. It's optimistic. It's pessimistic. It's stupid. It's brilliant. It's aggressive. It's passive. It's all of the things the people that make it up are. So scum sucking liberals are America. Just as knuckle dragging conservatives are America.
Was there a topic here? It just looked like your latest frothing demagogue against all things liberal.

Why yes there WAS a thread. I guess the supposed leading democratic contender for the 2008 presidential election having broken federal election laws (potentially) is not news. Sorry...my bad. I guess I'll have to wait until real news akin to Martha Stewart lying about something or another breaks into the mindlines so we can all talk about that.
You'll get no argument from me that the news media is for the most part mindless, and whores the latest missing girl/sex scandal to get a better price for your eyeballs. And you'll also get no argument from me that Clinton should pay the price if she is guilty. But can we at least agree it's premature to cry liberal media hypocrisy because the NYT doesn't run a Judicial Watch press release on the front page? Can we give them a little time to investigate maybe? I don't seem to remember the NYT going front page with Judicial Watch press releases a day after, when they painted the Bush administration negatively.
Stories about Delay never broke on the front pages. They simmered for over a year before they finally hit the front page. And, if I may say so, Delay is much more powerful than Clinton, both inside their respective parties, and out.
Basically, I don't think you'll have to worry about Clinton escaping any crime she can be pinned with. If it's legitimate, the evidence with show it. The Finance Chairman will be put on trial, and we'll see a lot of press coverage, especially if he's found guilty.

You've got to be kidding me. How pathetic are those guys? They just keep stooping lower and lower.Kyouryuu wrote:I read the title and thought it might have been about Hillary Rosen, the former spokesperson for the RIAA who recently complained that Apple's iTunes was quickly leading us toward an anti-competitive music market. My, how ironic that complaint was.
I figured I'd passout holding my breath for Woodchip to post this, but this guy Rosen was aquitted.
