coccaine is a hell of a drug!
the bait cars we have here in australia don't go anywhere. you break in, the engine disables, the doors automatically lock, the windows are made of that reinforced unbreakable stuff. you are stuck in there until the cops come pick you up (they get a signal when the car traps someone).

Holy crap ACE... your full of it... like alot of it.AceCombat wrote:oh, thats easy. heh my brother and i can get his F-350 Super Duty Dually upto 130 MPH.
Every site I've checked states a top speed of 96 MPH, which makes sense.
Waiting for your special-sauced explanation as to why your brother's truck is so fast.

nope, governor is diabled. he works with one of his friend's father who is a mechanic, and has a stand alone Ford EEPROM Computer. so he disabled his governor and disabled the Turbo's Limiter.
96 MPH is the STOCK top speed. his truck is FAR from being stock.
Modding the chip and disabling the governor without ANY mechanical modifications is NOT going to give that kind of performance. Period. If you claim this is so you sniff waaay too much glue Ace.
I did some research and these units need extensive mechanical work to achieve the numbers you are posting.

"Word of caution on top end speed. Your E-rated tires aren't made for going that fast. Also I've heard the reason that Ford sets normal speed limiter to 95 mph is because heavy duty drivetrain components aren't well enough balanced to sustain that kind of speed. I read on Ford-Diesel.com that driveshafts don' t like rotating that fast. One of their tranny gurus said universal joints could "grenade" when spinning faster than intended.
I got mine up over 90 on an open stretch of highway early one morning with no traffic and frankly, truck was bit scary - front end felt "light" (relatively speaking) and steering was very twitchy. I can say I did it, and most likely will never do it again. A crew cab long bed, 4x4 at that speed felt like a transport plane lumbering down runway at takeoff."
Makes sense to me. How about you?
