Can't get to site.

Can't get to site.
I have a friend who is trying to get to a site and is unable to. I can get there so I know it's a good address.

This is the only site is having trouble with.

I had him set his security items in the Tools/Internet options/Security back to default.

There's nothing in his restricted sites.

He does not have a firewall or antivirus running that I'm aware of.

Where else shall I look.

Is this his PC from home where there may be some parental software stopping him?

If not, have him try another browser. FIrefox, Opera, etc.

Either the DNS was updated for the domain, and your friend's ISP is too lazy to get around to updating DNS info, or something running in the background (ala Cyberpatrol, Norton's Personal Firewall, etc) is blocking the domain due to "content".

If its the former, tell your friend to use this proxy server:

80.249.73.69:80

Also check your hosts file (in XP/2000, located in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc) to make sure its not listed in there.
