The formula you put your number through always results in a multiple of 9. All the multiples of 9 have the same glyph in the chart.

Prove it to yourself: just look at the symbol for the number 9 and click the globe. It's always the same.

... and if it gets it "wrong" ... is it because I can't add and subtract, ... or can it fail ...? just click away on the ball see what comes up whithout "thinking" it.
