Any programs for time compiling time lapse photos ?

:?: I want to take like a 100 frames and make an AVI or mpg. I know how to make a motion GIF in photoshop, but it's tedious.

theres a program called Ulead GIF Animator that does just that.

its really easy to use and i like it a lot when i wanna make gifs or ovies etc. i made a bullet time movie of a chair and it turned out really well.

the program itself is rediculously expensive for my tastes so i just downloaded it from shareaza. theres no viruses or spyware on it so you dont have to worry. just IM me on AIM and ill upload it to ya.

its like 27 megs i think.

my aim is chunkyrobot78

I appreciate that :) , but I'd rather buy something in the store or whatever, but I want to do more than just gifs. It would be cool to do AVI or mpeg too.

Maybe some of the astronomy sites will have something

You do not want a GIF. Those animations are not only colour-reduced (and only 256 colours max!) but they are also stupendously amazingly huge file sizes.

No - you want some app to make AVI's, but with a way of importing numbered files to create a movie. I think "VirtualDub" may be able to do this, but I am not sure.

Who was making proper MPGs out of exported frames from D3 demos? That worked a treat.

(There's a Hack to let you export upwards of 100,000 frames from the demos too. Normally you get halted at 500 or so? Because they're a MB each...)

Good luck.

Animation Shop Pro does the same thing too. I'd imagine that there are a lot of programs out there that will accomplish this.
