weather radar on gps screen...

Post by Will Robinson »

Does anyone know of a GPS device that can also show a satellite weather radar overlay on the screen?
I seem to remember hearing about a device like this for aircraft but can't find it...

Beautiful! But way more than I need on my motorcycle cause I fly low ;)
Now how do I get the ability to overlay the thunderstorms from that weather radar source on to my Garmin Street Pilot or a similar GPS device?

Yep, that's what I want but you need the $99 per month (rumored price) XM subscription to get the weather feed.... :( just can't justify that one right now.
