I'm going to be holding a program on computer safety and security for the residents of my dorm complex at the end of the month, and a good lesson on Ad-Aware and Spybot is definitely going to be part of it. I've also heard that Microsoft's beta is good, so I'll have to try it out beforehand.

So far I have been using only Free tools and have had a lot of good luck with them...


...the only problem is 95% of computer users with online access don't have common sense to not download stuff, and to scan it when you do.

www.avast.com has an good free virus tool that I use.

Though Panda Platinum... is just downright awsome
