Took me a minute to figure out who this guy was and what I had most frequently seen him in. Was the main bad guy in Dumb & Dumber. Seen him in other things of course, but he always struck me as a guy who could easily go off the deep end considering he did it so well on screen.
It is a shame he couldn't land better parts in hollywood. Not always a walk in the park when you're constantly casted as "the prick". R.I.P.
Matt Frewer was Edison Carter (Max Headroom), but Rocket played the head of Carter's rival network in the series, so you're right, there is a connection.
(It's nice to see that somebody remembers that show.)
