I am helping the company I work for build a 'decision tree' for support for our products. An example of a decision tree that works very well is below:
http://www.fxpansion.com/support-main.php
Does anyone know of any free or pay products that can duplicate what FXpansion's support tree is like?
I want to be able to add choice buttons that lead to links on our site, or to written answers.
Sort of a choose your own adventure for company support...

Is this supposed to be in place of training for your support staff?
Well trained support personnel don't need this sort of thing.
If you're interested in an online product to track customer relations(hips) and support issues, then check out http://www.salesforce.com

ummmm....
on a side note: GL Bird's, wish I could help
No, if you followed their choose-your-own-adventure thing you'd see it's just a decision tree if a consumer has a problem. Say you have products X, Y, and Z. First decision would be:
Do you have Product X, Y, or Z. Customer picks Z, more options happen:
1) Is this a registration problem
2) A re-authorization problem
3) is this a technical problem
Then another tree... and eventually solutions for the customer. I can predict 90% of the calls into our company and the decision tree would solve 90% of questions. Very common thing in business. I thought there would be more tech heads in here ;p
