Not defending her or anything, but what kind of reasoning is this from the prosecution? lol

If he was the driver of the car all of those hypotheticals would be pretty damn hard to accomplish while behind the wheel, while it is highly more likely that he could be receiving a BJ while driving. Stupid lawyers

Except part of the defense is that she wasn't driving. The prosecution is trying to prove that she was.
