you guys are so wrong about axis!!

X=Roll
Y=Pitch
Z=Yaw (rudder aka R on joysticks)

now to move along those same axis

along x = fwd/rev
along y = slide left/right
along z = slide up/down

"wiggles hand along Z-axis" is basically... ya.. you got it right!
