It was posted, but seems like it was a long time ago. I printed one out when it was first posted. It's really cool.

I'll leave it open, since it's so cool.
Incidentally, I made one. You can download a printable version of it on that site.

yep... got one on top of my TV. The illusion never worked for me very well, but it looks great in the video.

I have a feeling that it will always look better in the video because you have the added indirection of a 2D computer screen, which helps your brain jump to the "it's concave" conclusion.
Still in all, the effect is pretty cool in real life as well. It's the hallmark of any Ripley's Museum.

Mine is now smooshed, but I think it worked better if I closed one eye.

It doesn't work that well in real life? Hmmmm.
I should have thought of that, cos i know how things change when you go from 2d to 3d. When i draw things from real life, I always close one eye to make the image flat, so it's easier to reproduce it on paper. So when you say it works better with one eye shut, it makes sense.

I printed one out, and it used to be in my room. It's still around somewhere now. It works better once you forget about it.

I've had one of these sitting on top of a monitor at work for over a year. People have to walk past my desk, and it gets a lot of attention.
