This whole thing with [H] and Infinium Labs is lame. The console doesn't exist, and Kyle called them out about it. From legal standpoint, Infinium can't do anything. [H] did not slander them. They are just upset because the majority of the people that read [H] are most likely their target audience with this "Console".
