Not Snapple, home brew tea! I make a gallon at a time and its damn good. Yea, I put sugar in my tea but only a little bit. Not as much as they pack in those soda pops you guys are akin to drinkin'.
I've been drinking tea for 3 years now, and I've never felt better. I'm not talking about that processed can ★■◆● either. I've found a lot of positive benefits with teas like Oolong, Osmanthus, Eucommia, Persimmon, Red Ginseng, etc.
MDX is ok. thats all i can really say about it. i dig but energy drinks don't do much for me... of course i am a nut for tea, soda, coffee, of course i go through enough coke cans in a week to make a hobo weep tears of joy...

Me, too TW. Being a Southerner myself, I drink iced tea year round. I use Lipton loose tea, but no sugar.
While we're on the subject of beverages, if you ever get tired of paying a lot for lattes at the local coffee shop, get a Bialetti stove top espresso maker. Makes pretty good stuff. Here's a good coffee supplier: http://www.ccmcoffee.com/

I used one of those for a long time. That's the old sool way to make espresso.
