That's a replacement page for the root index page. Remember the page that had the rotating banner and a link to dbb.

since i'm new what i have to say may not carry much weight. here goes anyway.

1st kb has worked very hard to make the changeover to the new server. WHICH WAS A NECESSITY! while doing so i believe he decided that after 7 years, some things needed changing and perhaps a new look.

who's to say that the dbb can't be improved in some way?

to react as if someone pooped on your living room rug is perhaps a little much. i would recommend that if AFTER all the changes have been made and you can see what EXACTLY the dbb will look like and you still have some concerns, then by all means say so but some tact and diplomacy might be in order?

i assume that kb has a life and little enough time to enjoy it. i also assume that he has spent a lot of that time doing the grunt work of setting up the dbb on another server. accordingly i believe that some thanks are in order?? hey if i can get used to windows(i was dragged, kicking and screaming to update to win98 in 2001

but i got over it after awhile), you guys can get used to some foo foo on the dbb
