I know it says Dream WIP, but I really have no idea what to call it yet. The anime lineart was done in Adobe Illustrator. The painting (still in progress) was done with the power of the Photoshop Airbrush. No smudging or burn tool used so far.

nice perspective work. are you using rulers or is it completely freehand?

I used rulers, though not entirely. There was something about rulers that made my perspectives iffy.
