then my luck the batts in the controler go dead and i get a run away, and it runs someone over

actually if you could get a high power transmitter and a capable receiver you could drive it for miles just put a camera inside so that you can see what your doing of course

and drive it around like james does with his little remote control gizmos

The Mythbusters did the whole remote control thing with a police car. They were doing sweet donuts with it.

They wound up pulling the rear axle out from underneath it.
