Spanked and OWNED!

Post by KoolBear »

Some pilot that called himself mediocre spanked me last night.

Man I tell you what, people should have to fly under their real fake name not some alias of an alias ;)

LotharBot whooped me like an unwanted step child! Just like everyone else does! Word to others, never stop playing if you do you come back and the rookies you left now OWN YOU ;)

Great game Lothar, maybe I'll get some thumb muscles back one day and be able to play for more than 30 minutes at a time :)

At least I get a kill now for every 10 deaths ;) Seems like in the ol'days it was the other way around :P

People like myself, and the rest of the people who are good dont usually play under main name because people leave as soon as we come in.

It gets quite annyoing.

But as you get better i just adapt and make you make mistakes as well, so technically you wont get better against someone like me. :)

I've learned many year ago that using my CDN_Merlin pilot attracts to much attention. But when I play and I liked the other pilots cause we had a good game, then I'll tell them who I am.

Personally, I scout for games with skilled players within, particularily Descent Retirement Home VV. Helps my skills improve.

Even though I get my ASCII handed to me on a plate MANY times by you I still keep on comeing back for more! I swear, he lives up to his name...

I don't think I've run into anybody useing a alias...then again I bearily know how good most people are. My rule-of-thumb is everybody is better than me. I seems to've worked so far...

Maybe ill crank up some d3 with you KB. It has been awhile since we have played any descent. My game is d2 but I'm not shabby in any one of the 3 :).

Heh, yeah. Behemoth sent me spinning and smokin and absolutely unbelievable number of times in Halcyon the other day. it was incredible, absolutely ubelievably incredible. I spent more time spawning then flying.

AND, it was fun!

Now, admittedly, I'm not certain how much my skills will ever improve, I stink like 3 day old fish. BUT, they only hope for my skills to improve is for me to play against skilled pilots and learn from my mistakes. SO, back in for more beatings I will go. Over and Over and Over... :)

Nobody ever said pilot names had to be accurate. We both got whooped by a guy calling himself "Cadet" after all...

I do fly under a lot of names, but I've posted most of them here. Current ones are Extremely Mediocre, Not Bettina, Duck of Doom, and Merbal Valfunction.

I thought the best pilots used an alias so the cadets didn't gang up on them.

I know em too Will. But yea I'm with Koolbear I hate getting whooped by someone under an alias... I'd rather know who they are so I can see how I do against them. And I usually don't run. Remember our BI3 duels Behe? Hilarious! We gotta start that up again. I just starting playing again after a break and zero lent me his config... so I'm totally nub adjusting right now but you can catch me under \"a new config.\" Koolbear, what are your alias'? I'd love to try my hand against you. And Behemoth if we play again you'll get me back to normal with this new config as quick as possible.
