The \"Rant against Sears\" thread in E&C has inspired me to start my own rant. I've been building a new machine for the past month (yes, month). Between RMAs and vendors not sending stuff, it's taking a while. Here's some vendors I'll never buy from again:
jab-tech.com
coolgear.com (they hava a whole family of sites, e.g. usbgear.com, cablegear.com)
sears.com
So, who else has a 5hitlist of vendors? I want to know who else to avoid in the future.

Ive never had any problems with TD, usualy the only problem with them is thier rebates, but the Feds got on them for taht, as well as compusa....Top Wop wrote:Tigerdirect.com, both online and catalogue form. Their customer support sucks, their RMA system, and generally they sell stuff that fell off from the back of a truck.
On top of that, prices there are dirt cheap for a reason, you get what you pay for.

Twice an item I bought from them was messed up by FedEx Home delivery and both times their customer support was very helpfull.
