No one song comes to mind, but Chris Cornell is master of the scream.
Chester Bennington has some lungs on him. I don't know how he can manage to belt out those raspy screams and still have a voice. The song "Crawling" makes my throat hurt just thinking about it. His "normal" singing voice is kinda blah, but he can scream with the best of em.

Chris Cornell... ugh. I can't stand his voice.
Chester Bennington is from Linkin Park, verdad? I've never been a big LP fan, but I saw them in concert for Summer Sanitarium last year, and I was impressed. That one guy certainly can scream. Even though I'm not much of a fan, I did enjoy their show, and was impressed by the emotion he puts into signing. Especially since he had just had surgery or something the week before, and you could tell he was straining but he still put his all into it. A nice set of lungs on that kid.

The End- The doors (actually the tension leading up to the scream is better than the scream itself)
