I was just wondering, what kind of music can we come to expect from CD?
I ask this because I've found D1&2's music to be very engaging, whereas D3's music tends to be too soft and ambient (IMO) for the kind of in-your-face action the game's supposed to deliver.

Whoohoo, a question up my alley.
The majority of the music is based off Descent 2. There are a few tracks that are more like Descent 1. There's also a few 'unique' tracks that I can't quite place in terms of a related game.
My primary test factor has been: load up Descent, start a track, and finally 'what is the heart pumping factor'?
Primary non-Descent influences (research) include: Nine Inch Nails, Rob Zombie, Gravity Kills, Unreal, Half-Life and FarCry.
Thanks!

Ah, don't forget, another track was released on JonPlanet. Enjoy! I love getting feedback to incorporate into new tracks. Thanks!
