Problem connecting behind router PART TWO

Post by Bitplane »

Hello,

sorry last message (Problem connecting behind router) automagically entered itself. Max_word_limit does that?

Port to 5100**
Local IP address 192.168.1.10

But it does not work this way. It does not even work if I completely shut off the Firewall.
I have no other firewall software or anti-virus stuff running atm (no XP firewall, no Norton/Zonealarm etc.).

Any and all suggestions appreciated. Note please that I have spent plenty hours testing and reading and trying to find the right Port value but I only found this 'socket 5100h' - is it perhaps simply the *wrong* value? Friend thought in an older game was probably a much lower value (130-150?).

Any and all questions I will try to answer.
Any and all tips and help greatly appreciated :).

Sincerely,
Lucas aka Bitplane
