Connectivity issues with Kali

Ok first, yes. My tracker and master server settings are what they are supposed to be.

No, I'm not behind a router of any kind.

Problem:Can not connect to Master Tracker Server.

I get on chat just fine, but I can't browse TCP. Also, I've having an issue with Team Speak as one ...only one server I can't connect to. No one else seems to have a problem.

I'm out of ideas.

Maybe your service provider?

That's what I'm thinking, but why only these 2 ip's ?? that's just weird

Try a \"tracert\" to the servers.
