WMP 10 music database

Post by ccb056 »

Where does WMP 10 get its music database from? I've been testing out Vista RC1 for the past week and I have to say im very unimpressed with Vista.....

Here is one of my many gripes:

Three of the songs in their database are out of order ...
I haven't lost my mind, it's backed up on disk somewhere.

I think they released the remaster for that album.

the one that WMP is using is probably from the original 80's release. Its not unusal for a remaster to have a different track listing, form the original, especially if its a compilation.

I have the remaster here at Purdue, but I also have the original cd from the 80s / early 90s at home. The remastered cd doesnt fit with the wmp menu, idk about the original, but I think its in the same order iirc.
