They both have their ups and downs. All depends on what type of person you are and what you expect from an online forum. Visit them both for a while and see which one you like more.

DBB.net is better than DBB.com I think. DBB.com doesn't have D2X-XL.

I agree both have strong points. The most important thing is all enjoyed Descent and many of us still play.
