Forceware 86.38?

I'm trying to update my drivers for my laptop's GF Go 7600 PCI-Ex16, 256MB card but when running the latest drivers install from NVidia's site (84.63) it says no supported hardware found. I bring up display properties and I have Forceware version 86.38...

So do I have some amazing drivers from the future here or something...? This laptop is over a month old now and it has newer drivers on it than on Nvidia's site! :O

Either it is some weird custom driver from the laptop maker, or you can try your luck with a standard forceware release.
