Cheapest Costing laptop

Well im looking into a laptop, and I don't need anything too super special.This is what I need on it.
A cd burner
DVD Rom drive
And a wireless card
I'm looking for a laptop for doing onsite computer repair with.

Any ideas?

If you were a few days earlier you could have gotten a Toshiba ad best buy for $250 with all the features you are asking for. My sister just got a Compaq at Staples for about $400.
