Can't get missions to work

Hey everyone. I'm loving D2X-XL, but I can't get the missions to work.

I currently have the files in a folder in missions. Here's what the directory looks like.

descent2/missions/(map files like PMANICD2.HOG & PMANICD2.MN2).

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You say you have them then folders in the descent2/missions. This is wrong. Each mn2 and hog file need to be directly in the /descent2/missions folder and not a sub folder within it.

I know you wrote it that way. Just want to make you it's clarified they go in /descent2/missions and not /descent2/missions/PMANICD2/MANICD2.mn2 etc

Also, I think there is a limit to how many you can have then some don't show.

Ah, Merlin... D2X-XL allows the user to place missions in sub-folders under the Descent2/Missions folder. One of Diedel's way cool improvements.

The user just has to open the folder from inside the mission list.

I should probably say that I'm running the Mac version with Mac OS X.4.8

I go to the Mission option, and a box pops up with nothing in it except for:

[...]

From what can tell, I'm doing everything right. I've got the maps in

descent2/missions

Did you d/l D2X-XL from Diedel's website?

If so, did you look at the Install page on his website?

There is info there about installing D2X-XL for Mac OS X.
