What's Blizzard upto?

I think it's going through the history of the games they made and in that way telling us which game is next. I think it's Diablo 3.

I'm kinda thinking an RTS like starcarft 2. Just had a ton of major RTS releases: Supreme Commander, Company of Heroes, C&C 3 all of which are drawing users way from Warcraft 3. Would make the most sense they would release an RTS to compete and get back soem of the market. I'm will to bet a release 6-12 months after the recent RTS release boom would pool in alot of buyers from thier pools.

I'm guessing Starcraft 2. It's not the game I'd most like to see (that would be Diablo 3), but considering it's been waiting the longest, it probably is the most likely.
P.S. Sales of Brood War may not have been stellar in the US - I can't say for sure because I've never looked it up, although I can say I doubt it - but Korea is more than enough of a market to release a sequel.
Besides which, expansion packs rarely sell as well as the original game. On the other hand, both Starcraft and Diablo 2 had pretty compelling expansions... so who knows.

WoW is meant to addict the customer, not the producer.
Wouldn't rule that out, but there is only space for so many subscription games; it's a difficult call whether Blizzard would feel the time is right for another. On the other hand, they might do that and give people a discount if they have subscriptions for both that and WoW... which could work. Who knows.
