There are from every angel (2D).
Top, bottom, front, back, and left.
You don't need right side because it's the same as left side.
Just flip the image horizontally in MS paint.
One would think that you'll have to crop the images anyways. So while you are at it. Flip the left side to get the right side view.

\"Every view\" can mean a lot of things. If it's a 3D \"every view\", then depending on the granularity of the angles, you could be talking about thousands of images, which is totally impractical.
However ... from what I managed to find of that \"Continuum\" game, it seems to be 2D sprites which are rotated on the screen. If it doesn't do that for you, then you would need to find out how many views are needed and what the angles between them are; nonetheless it is quite a lot easier for you to do this yourself than to get someone else to do it for you.

You'll need the OOF Editor from planetdescent.com

Load up the ship by clicking on teh drop down menu, then rotate how you need it. THen hit your print screen key, and then paste it into your paint program. ANd then you can edit it as needed.
