I would like to see an in-depth analysis of how accurate her article is by someone in opposition, but so far I haven't been able to find one. A few conservatives ranting "liberal terrorist lover!" don't really help much.

Hah...paranoia. Given the fact that Bush emptied the very prisons that are spoken about...I don't think she's selling paranoia. It's the truth..the horrible, horrible truth that people like you think that we can pull people's fingernails off, beat the piss out of them, and god knows what else just for s.hits 'n giggles.

Must be part of the compassionate conservatism shown by our Republican contingent.

The problem is that BOTH sides are guilty of spreading propaganda. I don't like many of the things Bush has done, to put it mildly. But the other side lies as well. So I don't automatically believe everything bad anyone says about Bush.

Facts are in short supply from both sides of the political spectrum.
