Uploading retones to a cell phone.

I've never done any thing like this before. What is the best way to upload a custom ring tone from my computer to my cell phone. I see all these website out there but who do I trust.

Some phone allow you to just copy the file to them as an MP3 via a USB cable.

What phone do you have?

Samsung SGH-t429 Its new on the market.

Edit: I don't see any USB cable for that model.

If your phone company allows for emailing picture messages, you can e-mail a mp3 to your phone thats what I do on my phone, who is your carrier?

T-Mobile

I tried sending it mp3 and amr format. That didn't work.

Or try using bluetooth?

On my RZR v3m phone when i recieve the files it coverts it to AAC files, so you could try that.
