Many Problems, please assist

First, I too have the crash to desktop running XP. Something to do with error in Main.exe.

Second, when creating new account on PXO i get this error after submitting my info.

About the PXO error, there's nothing you can do about that. You need to contact the PXO managers because there's a fault in the webscript on their site appearantly. The message suggests they're doing maintenance and it'll go away by itself, but it could be a hitch.
