The Russians were having problems with Muslims, as far as I remember. I think that's the same thing you are talking about.

We can't close our borders, not without martial law.

And even with martial law, all you have to do is walk along the beach. You can't put a wall there because the ocean would wash it away. (and that would be pointless anyways, because it would be a simple matter of swimming around it)

Neither do I, really. I know there are some, but I'm betting most that come here turn out liking the place, and quit the cell. Americanization spreads like a disease.
