Free Pyro-GX Model

Post by Aggressor Prime »

Has anyone been working on Pyro-GX models lately in 3ds Max and would like to post them for download? I am planning on importing the Pyro-GX into Crysis, but I need a model first.

or you could use this one.

Just ask HeXetic, Iceheart, or Spectre of the Into Cerberon team.

They have made it known that their model is free to be used for whatever. ;)

That's a very impressive screenshot. Some of the lines on the GX look like they might have been inked on, but still.

I tried the Descent2.com model before posting this. For some reason it crashed 3ds Max while exporting into a Crysis format.

You could use the GX from the D4 section on Planetdescent.com, that's the one I'm messing with in 3DS max.

Yes, but for Crysis?
C'mon, why such an old dated model?

The IC's pyro-gx would be perfect for the Crysis engine. :D

Yes and a beautiful model that it is Bubba, but isn't your model extremely heavy in polygon counts?
In your own words:

The IC's Pyro-GX is only 6020 polygons.

Anyways, if you have a much lower poly version?
Then that's awesome!

If someone is planning on using the CRYTEK ENGINE

They want a Model that is not baked specifically for another game, that's what game devo tools are for

The IC model is BAKED! for DOOM3 Engine

The Original IC model is in the Millions too- that would be the one he would need

I seem to have a better workout dodging your stupidity than attempting to grasp the weight of your intelligence.

Yes Bubbalou, that one looks good. No trimmings on polygon count please. Also, do you have a version of it with the cockpit closed? And yes, max format.

I've seen your other renderings of this Pyro and it looks like the cockpit can close. However, I don't see a place for headlights. I wonder if a texture can support the headlights.
