Was given a MS Habu mouse for Xmas. I love it. I was using an old school IntelliExplorer 3.0 mouse for years. It has the side thumb buttons just like the IE mouse, but I no longer have the option of setting the button to maximize the current window/app.
Is this possible? It allows for a \"Macro\" (Keyboard shortcut input) but there does not seem to be a command to maximize current window short of clicking the little maximize button on the titlebar/titlebar menu.
Do you have the latest driver control panel for it? Setpoint for logitech mice has the option to assign any button to maximize, so Microsoft mice should have the same functionality somewhere. Otherwise you could resort to assigning it to double click and use it on the title bar.

I'm halfway tempted to get this mouse myself. I'm still using a logitech mx300, mainly cause it fits my small hands...I dont really need a new mouse, but this one looks better than any I've seen yet. Dunno if it's too big though...
From what I read on the website, it comes with it's own drivers, so these dont let you assign whatever you want to each button?
