Conspiracy... the government was testing a brain freeze ray gun, but made it look like a prank to throw suspicion off.

But seriously, it would have been too cool to have seen that in person... What would you do to get someone to unfreeze?

iirc it was only 5mins, still long enough for freakout

ahh ok.

there is a mime school here in Portland that trains for a 3 hour stand. They do stuff like store windows and such.
