No, it isn't like that.
Saw that a few years ago (yeah, it's that old). It was staged. Look at how the stuff around falls away without it's cables disturbing anything else. Same goes for the keyboard.
Also, the angle of the view is meant to look like a security camera... but it makes no sense because the only area that camera can actually watch much of anything is that one cubicle and it's centered on it.

Yep. For individual programmers, it might not make a difference.
